Warning Will Robinson are a Sci-fi technology band that writes about science, gadgets, annoying people and day to day theories on life in general.

Originally formed in 1981 with Colin McClure, Graham Meredith, Matthew Moss and Craig Clarke, they often had friends drop in and join in the madness, and so featured these people as guest vocalists or musicians on many songs.

Over the ‘80’s decade Colin left, and Craig, Graham and Matthew casually morphed the band this way and that, experimenting with electronic gadgets and strange sounds.

In the late 1990's Matthew moved to Byron Bay, leaving Graham and Craig to continue the band. Graham moved to Tasmania in 2004 and Craig followed soon after, setting up a studio in Craig's house in Hobart. There, they released the EP "Open the gate and smell the cheese" shortly after arriving in Hobart. This album contained songs written using the R.E.T.Synthesis® algorithms, a song generating technique developed by Craig and Graham.

Warning Will Robinson performed at the Tasmanian MONA FOMA 2010 Music and Arts festival to a rousing audience on the 16th January 2010. Performing all new songs, they were accompanied by Elmer, the singing and dancing robot. Live photos from the
